NOVEMBER 2014 Andaluka Elegido "Eddy" performed well at the Berry Dressage Club for a solid win in the Novice 2.2 with 8+ combinations competing. A great effort for a disabled rider competing open at this level and also for a PRE stallion holding his own against the Warmblood's This was Eddy's second competition competing at novice. We hope to have him campaigned in Elementary/Medium during 2015 1st place 2.2 Novice

OCTOBER 2014 A fantastic time at the Australian Dressage Nationals where Victoria was awarded Reserve Champion FEI Para Grade II. Prior to the Nationals Victoria & Andaluka Elegido "Eddy" attended the Australian High Performance Squad camp where they had daily lessons with Bjarne Elefsen. Victoria boats this was a very rewarding experience and enjoys training with Bjarne when he attends the HP camps. Victoria had the chance to discuss plans for her training and competition schedule for next year and 2016. To say we are all excited about Celere's and Victoria's Para debut is an understatement! GO TEAM!

OCTOBER 2014 A successful stopover in the Show ring! - HYGAIN Sponsored Rider Victoria Davies reports: "Over the long weekend my team and I competed at the AHAA NSW State Championships at SIEC over Andaluka Elegido (Eddy) took out the big one of GRAND CHAMPION Led Horse of Show, shown by my partner Michael…and can you believe this was Michael's first ever show running a horse out for led.. amazing job! Eddy carried me to 1st with 69.81% Official 1.2 dressage, 1st Rider 26-40 years, and Champion Hunter Hack - not bad for a para rider! This was Sam's 3rd outing and 1st time away from home and I can't express how incredibly proud I am at how my 2 stallions behaved - they are true professionals. Sam won Champion Spanish Led Junior Stallion

JULY 2014 Shoalhaven Dressage Club 'Training Day'. THE PERFECT START TO A DRESSAGE CAREER!!! Poderoso “Sam” is Victoria's 3.5yo imported PRE Andalusian colt who she has owned since he was 8 months old. Sam competed in his first ever dressage test last weekend at Shoalhaven Dressage Club for 1st Place 66.84% out of 6 competitors. |

JUNE 2014 Shoalhaven & Bowral Dressage ANDALUKA ELEGIDO & VICTORIA DAVIES had a very busy yet successful weekend at both events receiving great comments and fabulous results competing in Open official against some top riders and quality horses. JUNE 2014 Three months ago, Victoria traveled from Australia to Portugal, to find her future dressage-lusitano. The team took him to the Santarem Fair in Portugal 15th June, to see how he would cope with new arenas, new horses, many people, music, crowds and all the other crazy stuff a competition horse have to handle. He proved himself to be very bold and a crowd favorite! ************** |

JUNE 2014 DNSW Clarendon - ANDALUKA ELEGIDO & VICTORIA DAVIES Official Preliminary 1.2 - 7th with 66.25% This was an open test in a strong field of 24 other competitors. EA Para II.2 - 1st with 68.59% with one judge scoring 71.25% |

JUNE 2014 VICTORIA took part in the first NSW PARA EQUESTRIAN JUDGES SEMINAR 1st June 2014. While Victoria is classified as FEI Grade II she was asked to demonstrate a Grade Ib EA Para test. Despite the torrential down pour of rain during their tests Victoria rode very well. |

MAY 2014 VICTORIA & ANDALUKA ELEGIDO competed official open dressage at SCEC for 2 great wins & scores. Official 1.1 - 1st place with 68.34% first judge scoring 70.9%. Official 1.3 - 1st place with 68.8% first judge scoring 72.3% (4 & 7 entrants in both tests.)

JANUARY 2014 ANDALUKA ELEIGODO & VICTORIA competed at the CDI Boneo Park competition. 2 days prior to this event Victoria had a fall and cracked ribs and also a dislocation. The show still went on! They traveled the 14hr long journey to the competition and then a full week of National Squad training. Victoria trained with German coach Ton de Ridder and FEI rider Carolyn Wagner. An amazing event with some great horses and rider competitions. 1st place FEI Grade II Freestyle 5th place FEI Grade II Team Test 2nd place FEI Grade II Individual

DECEMBER 2013 ANDALUKA ELEGIDO & VICTORIA competed at the Dressage Festival at Werribee which was in conjunction with the International Para Equestrian Qualifier CPEDI 3* 28th November - 1st December. 4 international judges that left great comments 'showing great potential' and 'magnificent horse to look at' Still recovering from a broken leg Victoria managed to place - 1st Grade II in the Freestyle 2nd in the Grade II Team Test missing out by a micro 0.3% in first place and 4th in the Individual test. |

OCTOBER 2013 ANDALUKA ELEGIDO & VICTORIA selected for the AUSTRALIAN PARA EQUESTRIAN FUTURES SQUAD after only 10 months under saddle and 7 outings! This is a first for an PRE horse in Australasia to be selected for a HIGH PERFORMANCE Squad - WELL DONE. |

SEPTEMBER 2013 Sadly Victoria broke her leg due to an illness related injury. Having to stay in a medicine boot to heal the break Victoria was still able to train and compete by taking the boot off.
ANDALUKA & ELEGIDO also attended the NSW State Championships. This is the first time this event has enabled Para Equestrians events. 1st in all 3 tests! |

APRIL 2013 Victoria has been away having lessons with Portuguese Olympic rider - GONCALO CARVALHO. Eddy and Victoria had an amazing time, improving their techniques, working on roundness, cadence of movements and softness. "This was defiantly a lifetime experience to work with a rider of his caliber and to have Goncalo ride Eddy... wow breath taking. Eddy was a super star in every way, he looked after me very well & was 100% focused on his work. Best part of the 2 days was when Goncalo said to me "He is a very good horse & you WILL be at Brazil" WOOHOO! all our hard work is paying off! |
