SIMPATICA XXVIII is a stunning PRE mare imported from Spain. A mare of great presence and whilst standing at a tall 16.2hh 'Simpa' has the most amazing temperament and movement to leave you speechless! Her first foal was born 2015 and is by the dressage stallion AFRICANO CANDAU.

SIMPATICA XXVIII begun her competition career in October 2018 scoring over 72% at her second competition.

2019 Simpa will be prepared for the Australian Para dressage qualifiers to be in contention for the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games with Victoria.

The sire of SIMPATICA XXVIII is the famous 'Armas Tarugo' - a Calificado qualified stallion that is also a recommended 'Sire for Dressage' by the Ministry of Agriculture of Spain, her grand sire Africano XXVI is also Calificado Qualified. Donoso himself is Calificado Qualified and also his grand sire Femento.

ARMAS TARUGO is, possibly, one of the best and most complete PRE's known today; In terms of Morphology, Movement, and Character. In 2007, he was Champion of Functionality at every competition he entered, and he was awarded Functionality Champion of Spain in that same year. In 2008, he was not shown, but when he came out again in 2009, he won the Champion Stallion (CAMPEÓN de LA RAZA) and Champion of Functionality in Jerez.

His offspring in Spain have excelled in the breed ring as well as dressage, including his son "Montes II", who was two year old Champion and Reserve Champion Young Horse of Spain. Armas Tarugo was purchased by Yeguada San Francisco in 2010 and he moved to Mexico, where later that year he was declared Champion Stallion and Absolute Champion of Functionality at Anccemex 2010.
